We offer a low MOQ of 50–100 pieces per color per style — ideal for startups and small-batch runs. You can scale up when ready.

Absolutely. Once your tech pack or design brief is ready, we’ll provide a detailed quote outlining cost, timeline, and options.

Production typically takes 3–4 weeks depending on your order volume, garment complexity, and current factory schedule.

We require a deposit upfront (typically 50%), with the balance due before shipment. Payment milestones are clearly outlined in your invoice.

1. Sample Order
• 100% sample fee deposit upfront to initiate the sample creation process.

2. Bulk Order
• 30-50% deposit upfront to secure the order and start production planning.
• 50-70% balance is due upon completion of the bulk production, before shipment.

3. Payment Options
We offer a variety of payment channels for your convenience, including:
• Bank Wire Transfer (T/T): Preferred method for either sample or bulk payment transactions.
• PayPal/Payoneer: Fast and secure for smaller transactions.
• Western Union: Available for international payments.
• L/C (Letter of Credit): For large-scale orders and for customers who prefer using trade financing methods.

You’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager who provides regular updates, photos, and timeline tracking — so you’re always in the loop.

• Regular Updates
We provide you with regular updates throughout production, including photo/video updates for key stages like fabric cutting, sewing, and final assembly.
• Approval Milestones
We establish key approval milestones (such as pre-production sample, first bulk batch, and final product) where you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve before we proceed further.
• Direct Communication
You’ll have a dedicated project manager who acts as your main point of contact, ensuring that all your questions are answered quickly and that your feedback is directly communicated to the production team.
• Final Inspection
Before shipping, we conduct a final inspection to ensure the garments meet both your quality standards and our own internal quality guidelines. You will be provided with an inspection report and photos for final confirmation.

We implement a multi-point QC process throughout production, with final inspections before shipment. Nothing leaves our facility without passing.

• Pre-production inspections: We review designs and materials before production begins.
• In-process inspection: QC teams monitor production at every stage.
• Final inspection before shipment: A last round of checks before products are packed and shipped.

We flag and resolve any issues early. You’ll be notified immediately, and we’ll collaborate on a solution — whether it’s an adjustment, replacement, or timeline shift.

• Notify you immediately: We will inform you of the issue as soon as it arises.
• Work on a solution: Our team will offer solutions such as reworking specific batches, sourcing alternative materials, or adjusting timelines to accommodate changes.
• Impact on final cost: If there are delays or quality issues due to our side, we will ensure that these are addressed without increasing your overall costs.

Any additional costs or delays caused by the brand’s design changes will be communicated clearly.

Cancellations must be requested before production begins. After that, costs for completed work or materials will apply. We’ll walk you through the details.
